Limbo On Its Way to PSN?
Any 360 owning Limbo fans out there? I don’t want to know about your dance preferences, I’m talking about the XBOX Live game released this time last year to critical acclaim and a 90% metacritic score. Information has surfaced that indicates that it may well be on its way to the PSN. Limbo that is, not the funky chicken.
The game is an atmospheric side scrolling puzzle/platform adventure, created by the Danish developer’s Playdead. It’s a 2D title with a unique film noir style look and physics based gameplay. According to the Korean Game Ratings board of all people listing it as filed by Sony for consideration. That’s the South Korean ratings board incidentally, the North Korean board would probably insist on the chief protagonist being a mini Kim-Il-Sung saving the glorious homeland of the Juche ideal from the capitalist aggressor, but I digress. Here’s to hoping the title is available to as many people as possible, as it won various awards last year and further contributed to the idea that video games could be considered as art.
