And then there were four. Today, EA SPORTS and ESPN announced the final four NFL players advancing to the semifinals of the Madden NFL 12 Cover Vote campaign. The four players that are still in contention to appear on the cover of Madden NFL 12 are Aaron Rodgers (QB, Packers), Peyton Hillis (RB, Browns), Adrian Peterson (RB, Vikings), and Michael Vick (QB, Eagles). Adrian Peterson over Drew Brees was a bit of a surprise but we pondered last week that we didn’t think Brees could pull off the repeat. From our view this is going to come down to a battle of the QB’s as Rodgers should beat Hillis and Vick should beat AP. From there its going to be the QB of the Superbowl winning Green Bay Packers versus the Comeback Player of the Year Michael Vick.
Round 4 voting is now open and fans can make their selections exclusively at www.ESPN.com/MaddenVote to determine which of the two NFL players advance in the Madden NFL 12 Cover Vote campaign.
