MiniSquadron Is Heading Towards The PlayStation Store

For those not in the know, MiniSquadron is a shooter involving lots of little planes vying for the supremacy of the skies and the player takes control of one of their airplanes and has to battle for the victory, using crazy weapons and incredible aerial stunts. I have not played the iPhone version but it seems like a fun little game and you can’t go wrong with a little bit of a dogfight every now and again but aerial combat is a very hard type of gameplay to get right but MiniSquadron seems to have done it fairly well.

The game has already enjoyed success on the iPhone, Android and Palm platforms

After being named the #3 iPhone game of all time by AppAdvice.com and successfully launching on the Android and Palm platforms, PlayStation Store is the next destination for MiniSquadron to attempt to continue its dominance, aerial or otherwise. The game is made by Grip Games and Supermon studios and the release date is set for late February 2011 in Europe and North America and is playable on both the PlayStation 3 and the PSP.

Key features of MiniSquadron include:
·         8 worlds, each one including 12 intense waves of enemies.
·         A massive arsenal of weapons, including super-awesome mega-laser.
·         Over 50 planes to unlock, containing jet planes, alien aircrafts and a flying panda.
·         Stunning graphics & art.

I'm a big gaming fan who has been playing games since ever since Pokemon Yellow was released in the year 2000. I'm just glad that there are decent rugby games on the PS3 now after years of nothing. I need another Uncharted game...NOW!!!!!
