Verizon iPhone, HTC Thunderbolt, Motorola Droid Bionic, Samsung LTE Device: Which Smartphone Is For You?
If the Verizon iPhone is announced this Tuesday, Verizon Wireless will possibly have all of the best smartphones to go along with their superior network. Brace yourself for this – The Apple iPhone (which could possibly be an LTE device), the LTE capable HTC Thunderbolt, the Samsung LTE Device, and the LTE infused Motorola Droid Bionic all on Big Red! Now while this sounds good to all of us who like options, it also presents a mind boggling problem, Which Smartphone Do I Choose?
Now I’m sure you can throw other devices in the mix that will be launching on VZW this year, as well as the offerings currently available, but we wanted to use these four. Check out some of what’s being offered in each?
Verizon iPhone – Same as the AT&T iPhone 4, except this will be a CDMA or LTE version without the antenna issue
HTC Thunderbolt – Android 2.2, new HTC Sense UI, 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, MiFi hotspot, Super LCD Display, and a 4.3 inch screen, front and rear facing cameras
Motorola Droid Bionic – Android 2.2, 512 MB RAM, rear and front facing camers, 1080p playback, 4.3 inch screen, hdmi out, dual-core 1GHz processor
Samsung LTE Device – still unnamed (sch-i520), 4.3 inch screen, 1 Ghz processor, 8 MP rear camera and 1.3 MP front camera, Android 2.2
