Today, HTC announced that the HTC Wildfire will be made available to carriers in the U.S. in Q4 2010. Jason Mackenzie, president of HTC Americas stated “With the HTC Wildfire smartphone, we are bringing the people-focused HTC Sense experience to customers looking for a compact, easy-to-learn smartphone that is still powerful enough to meet the needs of even advanced smartphone users.”
The HTC Wildfire comes with Android 2.1, a 5 mega-pixel camera, as well as HTC Sense and the Leap Feature for accessing several screens quick and easy. The smarpthone has Adobe enabled web browsing, 512MB of ROM and 384MB of RAM, and supports up to 32 GB of expandable memory, all powered by a 528 MHz processor.
