The iconic wondering eyes from the classic game Haunted House have officially returned to Graves Mansion.  Atari, one of the world’s most recognised gaming publishers, today announced that a firm fan favourite in the shape of the thrilling Haunted House is now available on the Xbox Live Arcade for the Xbox 360.

The new game is in 3D which will give it the visual edge

Haunted House pays homage to the classic favourite as players solve mysteries in Graves Mansion as the grandchildren of the original character, Samuel Silverspring, who disappeared without a trace in the evil mansion nearly 30 years ago. Chased by poltergeists, haunted by skeletons and ravenous rats, players are immersed in a thrilling adventure to explore the dark and creepy depths of Graves Mansion in search of the four lost pieces of a magical urn. The player’s goal is to reassemble the urn and defend their family’s legacy with the aid of mystical tomes, powerful light sources and mysterious artifacts.

This classic game has been remade for a new generation of gamers with enriched 3D environments, interactive objects, dynamic storylines, and new characters.  Gamers must navigate their way through 16 levels of spooky environments, find hidden treasures, solve puzzles, fight new bosses, and manipulate the environment on their way to a showdown with Zachary Graves.

I'm a big gaming fan who has been playing games since ever since Pokemon Yellow was released in the year 2000. I'm just glad that there are decent rugby games on the PS3 now after years of nothing. I need another Uncharted game...NOW!!!!!
