Research in Motion has just reported higher-than-expected fiscal second-quarter revenue. They reported that revenue actually grew 31% over the same quarter last year to $4.62 billion. According to RIM that represents a 9% increase over last quarter so contrary to popular belief people are still buying Blackberry’s.
It seems that not only has RIM been selling a lot of Blackberry’s, it had its best quarter ever shipping over 12 million units. Guess RIM isn’t going anywhere.
