We haven’t spoken much here about F1 2010, or it’s upgraded graphics and visual elements, and for that I will apologize. After today’s video that Codemasters was so happy to drop us by, we decided it was time to get a second look at potentially one of the years most realistic formula racing sims to date. With upgraded graphics (courtesy of EGC), the game looks like it would if one was really driving: blistering fast and potentially fatal.
Detailed in the video, one of the big points in the game is that this will be the first game that will utilize a night-track. The ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX will be the first showing, and first time going for the series and for players. Along with that, players will have to get used to a full 24-car line, racing from start to finish at breakneck speeds and slanting lines. Of course, this being the official Formula Racing name, the professional teams and drivers will be there to give you a face behind your wheel.
It’s stacking up to be a big game, and in a good way: An extensive career mode to please your palet, or quick-fire races, the only thing that needs to be asked is who is using the champagne when we’re done?
