Given the specs we’ve recently seen on the G2, it’s hard not to argue the opinion that this may be T-Mobile’s best smartphone yet. The 3.7” Display, 1Ghz Processor, wifi/hotspot capabilities, 5MP camera, and QWERTY keyboard puts this phone on par with most devices today on any carrier. Additionally, this phone will be on a HSPA+ network (theoretical 21 mbps).
As of now, there are conflicting stories on whether this phone will run HTC Sense or the stock Android 2.2. Either way, this will be a great addition to T-Mobile’s line-up, especially considering the Nexus One is still thought of as the carrier’s best device.
So do you think the G2 is the carrier’s best phone? And how do you think it compares to some of the other recently released phones on other carriers, such as the Motorola Droid 2, Samsung Galaxy S, etc.?
