Koch Media Announces A Huge Line-Up Of New Upcoming Sports & Fitness Games

Koch Media, a worldwide producer and distributor of digital entertainment products, has announced today that it has entered a partnership with Black Bean Games to bring a new range of racing and fitness games to North America.  The line-up includes Get Fit with Mel B for PlayStation Move, WRC FIA World Rally Championship, Superstars V8 Next Challenge and SBK X, the latest episode of the Official World Superbike Championship videogame series.

Get Fit with Mel B

Developed by Lightning Fish Studios, Get Fit with Mel B uses an engine that features a sensational full-body detection system. It enhances the exciting new game play capabilities of the PlayStation Move controller. Using the PlayStation Eye players will appear on screen alongside celebrity superstar Mel B receiving her real-time feedback in several disciplines like dance fitness, cardio, step and kickboxing.  Get Fit with Mel B will also deliver a personal nutrition program including 6 different meal plans and 140 recipes tailored to personal fitness goals. Get Fit with Mel B is must-have for anyone seeking to improve their fitness and quality of life. The games will hit stores in North America in October 2010 and will have an RRP of $49.99 for PS3.


SBK X delivers the excitement of the Superbike World Championship; all the bikes, all the riders and all the tracks of the official season. This edition of the SBK series contains three categories of game play: Superbike, Superstock and Supersport. SBK X includes a career mode, allowing the player to personalize their rider and manage their career. Players can choose to race in arcade and simulation modes for a quick blast around the track or a detailed simulation. SBK X supports up to 16 player online multiplayer. The game will be available in September for PS3 with a RRP of $39.99.

WRC FIA World Rally Championship

Everything in WRC FIA World Rally Championship is designed to give the player the full experience of taking part in one of the most challenging motorsports: official locations, official rally cars and official drivers. The game features “Road to the WRC”, a career mode that will allow players to hit the dirt to win the ultimate championship. With advanced car tuning, stunning car damage effects and the opportunity to race against heroes of the sport, WRC FIA World Rally Championship is the closest you can get to being one of the most skilled and fearless drivers in the world. Superstars V8 Next Challenge

Based on the Superstars license and featuring a variety of licensed V8 production cars, this game will put you on the track for an incomparable driving experience, developed with the expert advice of Italian car racing legend Gianni Morbidelli. His expertise was used to enhance the game on every level and includes the ability to create a unique car with a customization feature allowing players to tweak even the smallest details. Superstars V8 Next Challenge is enriched with licensed cars from top tier manufacturers and some of the world’s best-known and challenging circuits. The game will hit stores in October for PS3 with a RRP of $39.99.
