NeoGAF poster SnakeEater has recently posted a translation of a blog post concerning Heavy Rain. The post reports that Sony is now pushing David Cage to remove some of the adult content from Heavy Rain in order to gain a lower ESRB rating. Cage has stated that he wants to maintain the original version of the game.
If you remember, something similar happened with the North American version of David Cage’s last game, Fahrenheit. Certain scenes depicting sex and “adult content” were removed in order to obtain a Mature (17+) rating. Will Heavy Rain suffer the same fate?
Stay tuned for more details on the story.
